Taleggio D.O.P. (soft cow’s milk washed rind cheese)
Truk (out of stock, Toma Maccagno instead, a semi soft unpasteurised cheese)
Gorgonzola Dolce D.O.P. (soft cow’s milk blue cheese)
Cravot (semi-soft unpasteurised goat’s milk cheese, not in picture)
