Gratin Blu

Long matured, semi-hard blue cheese made with pasteurised cow’s whole milk with the addition of selected moulds. White/pale gold in colour, compact but creamy, with a sweet initial flavour sharpened by the aftertaste of the Penicillium Roqueforti.

The cheese will be freshly hand cut for you.
